Amy agreed to meet me on the coldest day of the year. I fuelled her with Hot Cocoa and described what i was trying to accomplish.Before this shoot I had seen a bunch of images from anther photographer where he had approached the compositions with a strong appreciation for putting the subject in front of non-reflective areas to make the subject 'pop' a bit more.
This produced the results i was looking for, but totally overlooked getting engagement from the subject.
